"The Three Crosses"
18 x 24 pastel painting on paper NFS
This is a ten minute painting done really quickly and it was a practice piece. I will be doing such a drawing at church for our senior group in a few weeks, as a talented young man plays the piano. It has to be a very simple pastel painting, done quickly to represent the music he will be playing. In true life, it looks a lot more vibrant than it does here. I haven't worked much in pastels in a long time, and enjoyed doing this so much, that maybe later I will do some animals in pastel, too.
It's really pretty! I like how you've blended the colours in it.
